Parental Support

The strongest clubs always have one common denominator - a strong parent and volunteer involvement in their activities and Committees.

Parent's are encouraged to nominate for the Club's committees with the intention of helping to progress the Club and the opportunities for the children in the Club.

Assistance is currently needed in the following roles;

Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordinator

Primary activities are to organise raffles and approach organisations and relevant others for sponsorships, donations, web site, swim gear and newsletter advertising, trophy and award items, etc.

Publicity Coordinator

The main role would be to assist with the copy writing and submission of articles on our Web Site, Club Newsletter, Press Releases, etc.

Awards & Trophy Coordinator

Sourcing and organising the sponsored and paid award opportunities for our swimmers.

Club Photographer

Being able to attend Club Nights and Inter-club and State Meets and prepare the photos for use on the Web Site, Newsletter and other media as required.

If you have skills in any of these areas, please consider donating some of your time and expertise to you child's Club.
Additionally, we are always looking for parents who can assist on a more casual basis with our BBQ's, Club Meet Timekeeping, etc.
